Dr. LeLiever MD is the founder of Central Carolina Ear Nose and Throat Associates PA. He received his Medical Education at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada in 1974 and Masters of Science (Anatomy) in 1972, residency and Otology/ Neurotology fellowship at the University of Toronto. He has performed over 16,000 ear and nasal procedures.

Dr LeLiever specializes in 2 areas 1) Vertigo, Meniere’s Disease, Ear surgery, Balance problems, and Implantable Hearing Devices and 2) Sleep Medicine and surgery. He has performed over 300 pillar implantations for snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea since 2004. He has performed over 3,000 sleep related surgeries.

Dr. LeLiever established Central Carolina Ear, Nose, and Throat Associates in 1987 - a private practice in Sanford, North Carolina with a satellite location in Apex , North Carolina.

Hospital affiliations are Rex Surgery Center of Cary and Wake Med Cary Hospital in Cary and Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford.
